1. Disputing Reviews
Step-by-Step Procedure for Disputing Reviews on Airbnb
- Access the Review Dashboard
- Open the Reviews Spreadsheet
- Open the Reviews Spreadsheet that is already set up.
- Locate the tab corresponding to the property for which reviews need to be disputed.
- Add Weekly Reviews
- Log every review into the spreadsheet, both positive and negative, including:
- Guest’s Name
- Date of Stay
- Review Date
- Star Rating
- Review (Full Text for negative reviews or disputes, summary for positive reviews).
- Identify Negative Reviews for Dispute
- Focus on reviews with three stars or lower.
- Verify the review violates Airbnb’s guidelines by referencing Airbnb's Review Policy (e.g., misleading claims, irrelevant content, explicit language).
